A DSB Checking account
- A DSB Checking account
- Proof of identity (at least 2 types)
- Passport
- Driving licence
- ID card
- PSA card
- B) Proof of income
- Employer's declaration / AOV of AOW declaration/ Pension declaration (not older than one month)
- Last payslip
- 3 last bank statements or reference letter (if you are a current accountholder with another bank)
- Possibly: rental agreement as proof of income
- C) Address verification:
- Certificate of residence (CBB extract/ document issued by the commune)
- Recent invoice of the utility company
- Rental agreement
- D) Valid E-mail address
Requirements for non- Surinamese residents
- A) A DSB Checking account
- B) Proof of identity (at least 2 types)
- Passport required
- Driving licence from the country of origin
- ID card form the country of origin
- PSA card
- C) Proof of income
- Employer's declaration / AOV of AOW declaration/ Pension declaration (not older than one month)
- 3 last bank statements or reference letter (if you are a current accountholder with another bank)
- Reference letter from the foreign bank
- FATCA-documents (applicable for US citizens)
- Possibly: rental agreement as proof of income
- D) Address verification:
