How does DSB Easycell Top-Up work?

It's easy to use DSB Easycell Top-Up. All you need is a debit card and a DSB Checking Account. You don't need to apply. You just register your mobile number (incl 597)at one of our ATMs

 

Just follow these eight steps at any ATM:

  1. Insert your card.
  2. Choose Dutch or English.
  3. Type in your PIN.
  4. Choose 'More options'.
  5. Choose 'Easycell Top-Up'.
  6. Choose 'Telesur'.
  7. Enter your mobile number (597XXXXXXX).

 

You will receive a strip with a Top-Up PIN. This is the code that you use for adding credit to your mobile phone. After 48 hours from Monday to Friday you will receive a text message confirming that the service has been activated for you.

* If yoir debit card expires, you must register again for Easycell Top-Up at one of De Surinaamsche Bank's ATMs.

 Follow these 2 steps when upgrading:

  1. Text the following: Rech, space, your Top-Up PIN, space, amount, (example: rech 123456 5)
  2. Send this text to the number 134

Note: The upgrade values are in SRD. The amount will be automatically deducted from your account.

Please report this by e-mail to contactcenter@dsb.sr. In the e-mail you indicate the amount that was debited. Tell us on which date the top-up was not successful. The top-up amount will be refunded to your checking account within 7 working days.

If you received a new debit card, you will have to register again at a DSB ATM. After registration you will receive a slip with a code. The code is activated after 48 hours. You will need to use this code in the future to purchase top-up credit.

Yes, that's possible. Normally you send an SMS: Rech 123456(your code) 10 (amount) to 134. For someone else it is: Xrech 123456 (your code) 10 (amount) 5978611220 (Telesur mobile number) to 134.

Unfortunately not, the Easycell top-up option is only available to customers for Telesur mobile numbers.
