Requirements for Surinamese residents

  1. A) Proof of identity (at least 2 types)
  • Passport
  • Driving licence
  • ID card
  • PSA card
  1. B) Proof of income
    • Employer's declaration / AOV of AOW declaration/ Pension declaration (not older than one month)
    • Last payslip
    • 3 last bank statements or reference letter (if you are a current accountholder with another bank)
    • Possibly: rental agreement as proof of income
  1. C) Address verification:
  • Certificate of residence (CBB extract/ document issued by the commune)
  • Recent invoice of the utility company
  • Rental agreement

Your debit card expires

The period of validity of the debit card is stated on the front of your debit card (bottom left).Will your existing debit card expire soon? DSB delivers this new debit card. You will be informed by text message that your debit card will soon expire and will be delivered to your home. For the time being only in Paramaribo.

Debit card not delivered? In the last week of the month you can pick up your replacement debit card at DSB Kwatta.
