DSB streeft ernaar om steeds meer gemak te bieden aan haar klanten. Daarom optimaliseren wij continu onze online diensten Internet Banking en Mobile Banking app.

Voor het optimaal gebruik van deze diensten willen wij u hierbij dringend verzoeken uw klantgegevens te updaten.

Het updaten van uw klantgegevens kan als volgt:

  1. Via bankmail: u ontvangt een bankmail met daarin de instructies en unieke link naar het formulier of
  2. Via uw prive email: u ontvangt een email met daarin de instructies of
  3. Via onze website: door HIER te klikken, kunt u uw gegevens makkelijk en snel updaten.

With a digital I-signer you must scan the QR code again. With the physical I-signer, you can contact us by telephone or send an e-mail to contactcenter@dsb.sr.

The digital I-signer has a unique QR code, as soon as you have the new phone, the QR code must be scanned again. If you don't have the QR code, please send us a request by email. Don't forget to email: your username, registered email address, mobile number, date of birth and reason for the request to onlinebanking@dsb.sr.
